Coaches Council - Meetings will be at The New Hampton School at 7:00 PM. If anybody has topics they would like discussed or if anybody would like to address the group, please let me know so that we can include in the agenda.
The Franconia Ski Club/Holderness Eastern Alpine Team has an opening for a JIII assistant coach for the 2007/2008 season. The position is a full time seasonal job from November-April. This is an exciting opportunity for a coach to work within a well established and highly successful program. Coach must be able to manage athletes that cover the entire spectrum of development, from weekend skiers to Topolino athletes. Regional travel will be likely required and summer camp opportunities will be available.

Our coaches are a great group of professional skiers who love to ski and we enjoy a very strong relationship with Cannon Mountain. We have a great group of JIII athletes coming up this year. We are seeking an experienced individual who has the desire to work with a highly motivated team of coaches to bring out the best in every athlete in the program. Ragged Mountain Ski Team (RMST) is looking
for 2 coaches who are eager to share their love of alpine ski racing with
children ages 12 and under. Coaching experience is a must. Compensation will be
based on experience, but will include mileage for away races, fee reimbursement,
season pass, and educational opportunities. RMST is committed to developing the
basic fundamentals of alpine ski racing in a team format while having fun. We
know for a fact that good skiers make good racers. If this sounds like your kind

Cardigan Mountain School is seeking coaches for the Varsity level in the following sports for the 2008- 2009 school year: Basketball, Skiing, and Snowboarding. Other coaching opportunities at various levels including but not limited to the varsity level are available in Soccer, Football, Lacrosse and Baseball. The ideal candidate will have college playing experience and coaching experience at the middle/high school level or higher. Qualified candidates must be able to fill teaching vacancies in the following disciplines: Science, Math, French, PEAKS, or Spanish. Successful candidates will be required to be full time members of the faculty with teaching, coaching, and dorm responsibilities. The mission of Cardigan's athletic program is to support the School's mission in educating boys in mind, body, and spirit by promoting healthy living and an active lifestyle. The Loon Race Team is hiring alpine ski coaches for the 2008-2009 competition season for all abilities. Loon is a competitive weekend program based at Loon Mountain, NH, that is committed to its athletes’ success in a culture that values process over results. Applicants should have racing and/or coaching experience (FIS or Collegiate-level preferred), should be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about the sport, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to working with athletes on an individualized basis. All applicants must hold USSA coaching credentials and should be comfortable working with technology. Compensation will be based on experience, but the Loon Race Team is committed to valuing its staff by paying above-market rates.
